Mining Design With Minescape

Minescape is mine modeling software designed specifically for the mining industry. Because it uses an open architecture, Minescape can accommodate all aspects of the management of technical information on the mine site, ranging from the data recording drill holes up to production scheduling.

The very foundation of the design features Minescape is an open and extensible. Minescape environment supports multiple products with a specific function which allows to interactively create and develop models of geology and mining plan in detail and three-dimensional (3D).

Block Model
Doing modeling sediment stratigraphy in the form of non accurate and efficient 3D CAD system USING integrated to display and process models. Generate 3D deposit models to interpret the geology data to define the solid-solidwireframe and export the results to the optimization of third-party products such as Whittle 4D.
 
Geological Database (GDB)
Storing the data downhole survey, lithology and quality, standards and generate summary reports that can be tailored to the needs, and graphically display the downhole data. GDB can display the lithology, intervals, geophysical and correlations as well as providing a function of composition and washability.

Strat Model
Perform modeling of complex stratigraphy including fault ride. Processing elements in an interactive 3D-elemenmodel including a 3D view in all directions.
 
Drill & Blast
Using 3D CAD system to accelerate the pattern of eruption, the calculation of the hole in the surface and send reports drill hole pattern for mounting equipped with GPS. Drill and Blast integrated to determine the zones beyond the eruption rapidly.

Roads
Designing haul roads interactively in 3D. Determining the need for cut and fill balance and mass optimization. Automatically generate reports in graphical or text form to the personnel survey and plotting of a complete construction
 
Open Cut
Generate and test mine design for the production of short-term operations and long-term feasibility studies. Using 3D CAD software from Minescape to visualize and interact with the mine design is a graphic design in various stages.

Blocking grade
Interactively generate grade blocks using the most accurate information available to calculate reserves and production planning indicated graphically.

Survey
Generate survey instructions automatically from the mining plan. Incorporating the results of a survey of the recorder or directly to the database field book Minescape. Generate reports and production plans, as well as using information from the database for subsequent short-term planning, reclamation and reconciliation.
 
Schedule
Optimizing the mining methods and stages by providing estimates of material movement and machine activities for short and long term operation
